1. Services
Welcome Film Studio provides professional photography, videography, cinematic films, pre-wedding shoots, wedding coverage, event coverage, and other creative media services.
2. Booking & Payment
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
The advance amount is non-refundable.
Full payment must be cleared before the final delivery of photos and videos.
Additional hours, extra locations, special requests, or extra editing will be charged separately.
3. Cancellation Policy
If the client cancels the booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, rescheduling to a new date may be discussed subject to availability.
4. Delivery Timeline
Photo Delivery: 2–4 weeks
Wedding Film / Video Delivery: 4–8 weeks
(Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload, season, and project complexity.)
5. Creative Rights
Editing style, color grading, effects, and music selection shall be as per Welcome Film Studio’s creative vision.
Raw files will not be provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
6. Copyright & Usage
All photographs and videos are the intellectual property of Welcome Film Studio.
The studio reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Clients requesting privacy must submit a written request prior to the event date.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for photography and videography at venues or locations.
Welcome Film Studio shall not be held responsible for any restrictions imposed by venue authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
In the event of equipment failure, data loss, accident, or emergency, the studio’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the booking amount only.
