1. Services

Welcome Film Studio provides professional photography, videography, cinematic films, pre-wedding shoots, event coverage, and related creative services.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking will be confirmed only after advance payment.
• Advance amount is non-refundable.
• Full payment must be cleared before final delivery of photos/videos.
• Extra hours, additional locations, or extra edits will be chargeable.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If client cancels booking, advance amount will not be refunded.
• If cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, government restriction), new date adjustment will be discussed.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Photo delivery: 2–4 weeks.
• Wedding film/video: 4–8 weeks.
  (Delivery time may vary depending on workload and season.)

5. Creative Rights

• Editing style, color grading, music selection will be as per Welcome Film Studio’s creative vision.
• Raw files will not be provided unless agreed in writing.

6. Copyright & Usage

• All photos and videos are copyrighted by Welcome Film Studio.
• Studio has the right to use selected content for portfolio, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
• Client can request privacy in writing before event date.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Client must obtain permission for shooting at venues/locations.
• Studio is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venue authorities.

8. Liability

In case of equipment failure, data loss, or emergency, liability is limited to refund of booking amount only.
